MACHINE SHOP INSPECTION
Freeform Technology believes in 100% inspected and 100% correct, this is why we have invested heavily in the inspection department. We make sure that every part that leaves the machine shop has been cleaned and checked by the pattern finishers, and then is inspected thoroughly to the clients specifications using our precise inspection equipment.

CMS
Freeform Technology has four CMS machines. These machines give us the ability to take on bigger projects that our clients require, while also having the ability to use the same machine shop equipment for smaller jobs without any hindrance on quality or precision.

DMU
Freeform Technology has five DMU machining centres used for various applications. These machines give us the ability to make very precise smaller-scale patterns for our customers at a faster pace. The DMU 65 monoBLOCK gives us the capability to manufacture precise aluminium tooling and/or parts for our clients whenever necessary.

WORKSHOP
The workshop is the starting point for your end product, so Freeform Technology has made sure that the tools and equipment provided are fit for purpose. We have invested in equipment to make each pre-machining process as efficient as possible and take measures to make sure the employees work in a safe and secure environment.
