We are always looking at ways to improve our portfolio of workshop machines! Recently, a backlog of work within the metallic department has created a need for further investment in new machinery. After researching the usual suspects and a couple of unusual ones, we decided that a Hermle C400 machine would be a good fit at Freeform Technology, for our business and for our customers benefit!
We have indirectly experienced the Hermle brand in a previous working life and knew of their capability and were comfortable it would be a safe bet. Freeform Technology are hoping that along with a vibrant splash of colour it will bring some much needed backup to its DMG Mori stablemates.
The new machine is due in Spring 2023 and will be producing more moulds and loose tools components to complement our busy metallic department. We look forwarding to introducing this new machine to further enhance the development of our projects.
